Jay Safari
After making ourselves feel "at home" in Jägarstugan we light the fire at our barbeque place by the river Borrsjöån and cook a simple dinner together. Maybe we try our luck with a spinner in the waters by the fire place before we go to bed in the light of the flames in our hut. When a new day is dawning in Sweden's Wildest hostel a nice breakfast is served before we head to Jay land with a "Falukorv ring" in hand. As we eventually reach the dining areas they are suddenly there, noiselessly and with a huge curiosity they glide through the air. Our experienced guide speaks about these fearless and curious birds and if we are lucky we can ring mark or feel the soft plumage of this bird in our hand and feel the beating of a heart ... your own.
Bring weatherproof clothes and good shoes, perhaps a camera and a water bottle.
